Reimu Hakurei

This is very well done! Let's start from the top. The sky is well colored. The gradient compliments the rest of the colors. The perspective that the clouds are in give it good depth, and gives it a good looking angle. The clouds are well colored, drawn and shaded as well. Next, the head and hair. My only critique on this is the forehead; its a bit too large. The eyes are cute and innocent. The nose is well defined. Also, the glasses look a bit too small in comparison to the head. The way you color hair is very nice, but it could be a bit shinier, to coordinate with the rest of the picture. The way you draw the "strands" of hair is nice as well. Also, the neck is a bit to skinny and long. Everything else looks great, though. The texture on the wood, the creases and color on the clothes are good as well. The detail is amazing. In every frill, in every flag thing (derp) looks impeccably detailed as well. One more thing- I think the hand is a bit too small. Overall, this picture is very nice! Just a bit of work on proportion, that's all. This really does deserves to be published in a book!
